Job Description
About the Role
Responsible for defining and executing the organization's AI, advanced analytics, and data science strategy. Bridges business strategy, advanced analytics, and AI platform enablement to deliver measurable outcomes, optimize decision-making, and drive responsible AI adoption at scale. Leads cross-functional teams while ensuring regulatory compliance, governance standards, and ethical AI principles.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise strategy for AI enablement, data science, and advanced analytics.
- Translate business priorities into scalable AI, analytics, and platform roadmaps.
- Lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise AI platforms (including MLOps/LLMOps).
- Manage "Industrial" Use Case portfolio (large enterprise-grade AI use cases) from intake to value realization.
- Lead decision science efforts (predictive modeling, optimization, experimentation, decision strategy) to improve business performance and risk outcomes.
- Establish scalable reusable frameworks, standards, and tools for responsible AI adoption.
- Deliver actionable insights via data storytelling and visualization.
- Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, legal, privacy, and ethical AI requirements.
- Partner with technology, data, risk, and business leaders for alignment.
- Drive adoption and value realization of AI/analytics solutions.
- Track KPIs for platform performance, model effectiveness, and business impact.
- Evaluate and manage AI technologies, tools, and vendor partnerships.
- Foster innovation and data/AI maturity culture.
- Lead team including hiring, coaching, performance management, and development.
Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance Data, or related field.
- Preferred: Graduate degree in same fields.
- Minimum Experience: 10 years in AI, data science, analytics, or technology leadership; 5 years in people management.
- In Lieu of Education: 15 years of AI, data science, analytics, or technology leadership including people management.
Qualifications
- Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act policies and comply with all applicable laws and ethical standards.
Skills
- Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science principles.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ethical AI practices.

Pay
Salary Range: $167,700 – $287,500 annually (based on experience, skills, knowledge).
