What you'll get to do
- Strategic Vision and Roadmap: Develop and champion our ambitious vision for AI/ML applications, with clear landmarks to showcase and accelerate global customer growth
- Agentic AI Leadership: Identify and operationalize opportunities to demonstrate Agentic AI - AI agents that autonomously perceive, decide, and act, to create adaptive, intelligent systems that address evolving customer needs
- End-to-End System Integration: Own the design and implementation of detailed, robust AI/ML pipelines, ensuring reliable data ingestion, model training/deployment, and real-time application across platforms and geographies
- Scalable Global Solutions and Rapid Experimentation: Architect AI/ML systems with scalability at the core while enabling rapid experimentation, iterative development, and continuous learning - ensuring consistent application performance, governance, and compliance across diverse regions and multiple customer bases
- Multifunctional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, data analytics, and domain teams to transform vision into deliverable products, championing methodologies for experimentation, measurement, and iteration
- Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of AI/ML and Agentic AI advancements, identifying new technologies and propositions to influence our roadmap and maintain GoDaddy's competitive edge
- Mentoring and Team Development: Develop, inspire, and mentor high-performing, decisive AI/ML teams
Requirements
- 8+ years’ validated experience in AI/ML leadership roles, in an agile Technology/SaaS business, with a portfolio of large-scale AI/ML solutions, deployed globally with deep knowledge of industry-standard ML tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms
- Prior experience in Generative AI and ML solutions, focused on personalized customer experience. Familiarity with Claude Code, both in direct use as well as in team adoption.
- Confirmed expertise in building Agentic AI applications for customer-facing use cases and Chatbots
- Experience working in customer-facing domains with a strong product mindset. Able to think strategically and implement tactically in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaborative management skills with a track record of building, leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams
