Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Director, Application Development - Salesforce to lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of our Salesforce and enterprise sales technology ecosystem. This role sits at the center of business transformation, partnering with executive stakeholders to shape the future of how our sales and service organizations engage with customers and advisors.
Responsibilities
- Drive the technology vision and roadmap for our Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and key integrated platforms
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Manager, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, Administrators, and Quality Engineers
- Partner closely with business executives, product leaders, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business value
- Champion Agile delivery practices while balancing strategic priorities, operational excellence, and execution
- Prioritize modern cloud technologies with complex enterprise and legacy integrations to deliver seamless customer experiences

Requirements
- Strong technical expertise with a focus on Salesforce and enterprise sales technology
- Exceptional business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience leading a high-performing team of developers, architects, and analysts
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that create measurable business value
- Ability to balance strategic priorities, operational excellence, and execution
- Experience bridging modern cloud technologies with complex enterprise and legacy integrations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in application development, preferably in Salesforce
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Knowledge of data architecture, integration, and security principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
