Director - Application Development 3

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow core modules such as ITSM and ITOM
• Assist sales team in assessing customer needs and performing pre-demo analysis
• Gather information for proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs
• Evaluate solutions to enhance services in collaboration with leadership
• Produce compelling proposals highlighting cost savings and benefits
• Lead technical discussions in client workshops and presentations
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Experience in IT industry and ServiceNow platform
• Strong background in presales environments and large-scale bids
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision
