About the role
This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and tracking of testing methodologies for drug substances and products
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to advance programs and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist in data generation, analysis, and review for key project milestones
- Support analytical activities aligned with project objectives
- Review and track stability data and associated reports
- Assist in preparing regulatory submissions and compliance documentation
Requirements
- MS in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Science
- 5+ years' experience in contract research or the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Experience in developing analytical assays and in-vitro release methods
- Proficiency in high-performance liquid chromatography and physicochemical properties
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and compendial guidance documents
- Working knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines

Pay
$144,000 – $159,000 annually
