Director, Analytical Development

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and tracking of testing methodologies for drug substances and products
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to advance programs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist in data generation, analysis, and review for key project milestones
• Support analytical activities aligned with project objectives
• Review and track stability data and associated reports
• Assist in preparing regulatory submissions and compliance documentation

Requirements

• MS in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Science
• 5+ years' experience in contract research or the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Experience in developing analytical assays and in-vitro release methods
• Proficiency in high-performance liquid chromatography and physicochemical properties
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and compendial guidance documents
• Working knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines

Pay

$144,000 – $159,000 annually
