About the role

We are aligning go-to-market strategy around a centralized, global buying group framework to drive education, acquisition, consideration, purchase, and expanded adoption of our key solutions. The Director, AMS Campaigns, Security & Risk owns the strategy, orchestration, and pipeline outcomes for this buying group across the Americas, leading a cross-functional team of marketers and business stakeholders while partnering closely with global buying group leadership and GEO hub counterparts in EMEA and APAC to ensure AMS execution is consistent with global strategy while adapted to regional buying behavior and market maturity. This is a strategic leadership role: you set direction, build and coach a high-performing team, and hold accountability for pipeline outcomes, not just campaign delivery. ServiceNow Campaign Directors are “pipeline officers” for their business, spending the majority of their time interlocking with Marketing peers, business stakeholders, and Sales to maximize throughput from campaign to pipeline to revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Security & Risk buying group strategy for AMS, driving more than 3.5x pipeline coverage across all solutions in the portfolio.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of high-performing campaign managers.
  • Direct the integrated marketing strategy, planning, and execution of global campaigns localized for AMS, aligned to buying group acquisition and pipeline goals.
  • Partner with global buying group leads and GEO hub counterparts in EMEA and APAC to align on strategy, share learnings, and maintain a consistent global campaign framework with regional flexibility.
  • Work cross-functionally with regional marketing, product, business unit, and sales leadership to align priorities and inform campaign strategy.
  • Own the connection between campaign activity and business impact, translating results into clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Deliver succinct executive presentations on results against goals, learnings, and revised action plans.
  • Manage and optimize a large budget spanning the full buyer's journey, from creative through execution.
  • Ensure integrated use of the right marketing vehicles, including digital, media, social, live, and virtual events across the customer journey.
  • Apply AI and marketing automation tools to improve campaign efficiency, personalization at scale, and speed from insight to execution, including AI-assisted content generation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Partner with marketing data and operations to optimize lead flow, database growth, and reporting, including AI-driven pipeline and performance insights.
  • Drive lead conversion and enablement in close partnership with a matrix sales organization.
  • Orchestrate regional and executive interlock for QBRs and planning cycles.
  • Establish process and tooling that helps the team plan and orchestrate more effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong command of both the art of creative that performs and the science of pipeline models.
  • Deep experience designing and executing integrated campaign strategy.
  • Fluency working backward from revenue to opportunities, meetings, and inquiries using conversion rates and deal size.
  • Strong messaging, persona, and buying-cycle expertise.
  • Working knowledge of AI and generative AI marketing tools and how to apply them to campaign development, efficiency, and pipeline decision-making.
  • A bias toward data-driven decisions and root-cause problem solving.

  • 10+ years in marketing, demand generation, and campaign development.
  • BS in Business or Marketing, MBA strongly preferred.
  • SaaS selling motion experience preferred.
