We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have job description content. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to extract sections: - About the role: maybe a brief description of role? The posting starts: "Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Americas Integration Lead to join the team. The Director, Americas Integration Lead is accountable for integration delivery across the Americas portfolio as part of the Global Integration Management Office (IMO). The Director oversees integrations primarily through program managers assigned to individual transactions, while directly leading selected integrations based on complexity, risk, or resourcing needs. The Director serves as the primary IMO contact for the Americas and works with acquired-entity leaders, regional and market leadership, functional executives, and external advisors. The role leads the Americas integration team, allocates resources across concurrent integrations, and ensures each program follows the IMO’s governance, tools, reporting standards, and operating cadence while adapting execution to transaction and market requirements." That's a good "About the role" paragraph. - Responsibilities: The posting has "Key Responsibilities:" with subheadings: Americas Integration Delivery, Regional Team Leadership, Global IMO Alignment and Governance. Under each there are bullet-like sentences. We need to output a
  • list for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can combine all responsibilities into a list. Or we could keep subheadings? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can have a Responsibilities section with

      Responsibilities

      then a
        containing each responsibility as
      • . We need to preserve all substantive info; we can break down each bullet point. - Requirements: The posting has "Qualifications" section with bullet-like sentences: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred but not required. 12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, including significant experience supporting or leading M&A integrations from pre-close planning through Day 1, stabilization, and transition to business ownership. Experience overseeing multiple concurrent transactions or large-scale programs is strongly preferred. Experience leading, coaching, and developing program managers and integration professionals, and managing internal resources, external advisors, and third-party service providers. Ability to directly manage complex or high-risk integrations when required. Experience establishing integration governance, managing cross-functional workstreams, and overseeing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and executive reporting. Strong executive communication, judgment, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior executives, functional leaders, and acquired-entity leadership in a matrixed environment. Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively across multiple transactions, business units, and markets within an evolving Americas portfolio. Professional-services experience and familiarity with member-firm structures are preferred, but not required. Ability to travel across the Americas as required to support current and future integrations. We can treat these as Requirements. Possibly also "Skills" but we can combine into Qualifications. The instruction says we can have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. Usually Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = preferred; Skills = specific abilities. But we can just put all under Qualifications or Requirements. However we should follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if we can differentiate. Let's parse: - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred but not required. -> This is a requirement (degree) and preferred (advanced). Could go under Requirements (degree) and Qualifications (advanced degree preferred). But we can also just put under Qualifications. - 12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, including significant experience supporting or leading M&A integrations from pre-close planning through Day 1, stabilization, and transition to business ownership. -> Requirement. - Experience overseeing multiple concurrent transactions or large-scale programs is strongly preferred. -> Qualification (preferred). - Experience leading, coaching, and developing program managers and integration professionals, and managing internal resources, external advisors, and third-party service providers. -> Requirement? Could be requirement. - Ability to directly manage complex or high-risk integrations when required. -> Requirement. - Experience establishing integration governance, managing cross-functional workstreams, and overseeing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and executive reporting. -> Requirement. - Strong executive communication, judgment, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior executives, functional leaders, and acquired-entity leadership in a matrixed environment. -> Skill. - Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively across multiple transactions, business units, and markets within an evolving Americas portfolio. -> Skill/Requirement. - Professional-services experience and familiarity with member-firm structures are preferred, but not required. -> Qualification (preferred). - Ability to travel across the Americas as required to support current and future integrations. -> Requirement. We could create sections: Requirements (mandatory), Qualifications (preferred), Skills (specific abilities). But the instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only those with real content. We have Pay: The posting includes base salary range: $187,500 to $312,500. So we need a Pay section with that info. Schedule: The posting mentions hybrid work model: "Consistent with the firm's hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least three days per week, either at a GT office or client site." That's schedule info. So we can have Schedule section. Benefits: The posting includes a Benefits section with description: "Benefits: We understand that your needs, responsibilities and experiences are different, and we think that’s a good thing. That’s why we support you with personalized and comprehensive benefits that recognize and empower all the identities, roles and aspirations that make you, well, you. For an overview of our benefit offerings, please visit: https://www.grantthornton.com/careers/rewards-and-benefits" plus details about interns and seasonal employees etc. We need to preserve substantive info. We can summarize but not invent. We should keep the description and link. Also mention bonus eligibility etc. We'll include that as a
maybe? It's prose; we can put

for prose. But we also have list of benefits for interns and seasonal employees; we could make a list. However instruction: Use

          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should put benefits as a list. We'll extract bullet points: - personalized and comprehensive benefits that recognize and empower all identities, roles and aspirations. - For overview, visit link. - Benefits for internship positions: medical, dental and vision insurance programs; employee assistance program; minimum 72 hours paid sick leave; paid for firm holidays within internship period. - Benefits for seasonal employee positions: medical, dental and vision insurance; employee assistance program; may be eligible for 401(k) savings plan and employee retirement plan per plan terms; minimum 72 hours paid sick leave. - Grant Thornton employees may be eligible for a discretionary, annual bonus based on individual and firm performance, subject to terms. - Interns and seasonal employees are not eligible for bonus compensation. We should keep that. Now we need to strip boilerplate: The long "About Us", "About The Team", equal opportunity, etc. Those are boilerplate/EEO etc. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we remove the "About Us" paragraph, "About The Team", the inclusion statement, the "See how at www.gt.com/careers", the "Here’s what you can expect next:" etc. Also remove the "Additional Details:" about equal employment opportunity etc. Also remove the "Benefits for internship positions:" etc? Actually that is part of Benefits, we keep. But the "Benefits for internship positions:" is part of the Benefits section; we keep. We also need to remove duplicated lines: The Benefits paragraph appears twice? At start: "Benefits: We understand that your needs, responsibilities and experiences are different, and we think that’s a good thing. That’s why we support you with personalized and comprehensive benefits that recognize and empower all the identities, roles and aspirations that make you, well, you. For an overview of our benefit offerings, please visit: https://www.grantthornton.com/careers/rewards-and-benefits" Then later there is a repeated "Benefits: We understand that your needs, responsibilities and experiences are different, and we think that’s a good thing. That’s why we support you with personalized and comprehensive benefits that recognize and empower all the identities, roles and aspirations that make you, well, you." plus details for interns/seasonal. We'll combine but avoid duplication. We'll produce HTML:
