Director, AI Solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions to streamline workflows and enhance capabilities
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI solutions including maintenance and reliability
• Create integrated solutions for Polaris IQ's intelligence layer
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and actualize high-value AI opportunities
• Manage and mentor junior AI strategists, providing coaching and development support

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing (agency or brand) with focus on client service/account management, product, or technology
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with production AI systems (including orchestration and API integration)
• Experience managing and developing junior talent through coaching and growth planning
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Collaborative experience with Dev/Engineering and Product teams
• Proficient in SQL/data warehouses (BigQuery preferred) and tool-use protocols
