Director, AI Innovation & Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Own RRS's cloud architecture and infrastructure
• Lead multi-tenant platform and modernization of applications
• Ensure system availability, disaster recovery, and security
• Lead DevOps and TechOps functions
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Direct AI experimentation and platform enablement
• Define long-term technical strategy and review architectural changes

Qualifications

• 10+ years engineering experience, with 5+ in senior technical leadership
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms and distributed systems
• Experience with AI/ML platforms or large-scale data systems
• Strong background in DevOps and reliability engineering
• Ability to balance innovation and operational excellence

• $130,000 – $180,000 annually
