Director, AI Engineer (Remote Eligible)

For our client, we are seeking a Director, AI Engineer (Remote Eligible) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape the technical direction for AI solutions that support enterprise-scale financial services operations. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, deploy, and optimize AI software components that align with business strategy and regulatory expectations. The position also combines hands-on technical leadership with team development, helping build a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and execution excellence.
