Director, AI Engagements and Operations (Remote)

About the role

Lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. Collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Requirements

• MS or equivalent preferred plus 12+ years working in AI/Strategy
• Expertise in product management
• Expertise in AI and Cybersecurity
• Expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and ML Ops
• Effective communicator and planner capable of building consensus across large teams
• Experience with resilient and robust system building
• Leadership experience in relevant domains

Pay

$195,000 – $290,000 annually
