Director, AI Adoption & Change Management

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, AI Adoption & Change Management to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will guide enterprise clients through the adoption of AI and advanced analytics solutions, translating technical innovation into measurable business value. The role will focus on shaping change strategies, executive alignment, and adoption outcomes across complex transformation programs. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, support new business growth, and help define the offerings that drive customer success. This is a highly visible position that blends consulting, storytelling, and delivery leadership in a fast-moving technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engagements, including executive workshops and SOW scoping
• Own pipeline development for adoption and change offerings
• Define and refine the AI adoption and change management value proposition
• Serve as executive sponsor on key AI and data adoption programs
• Oversee change roadmaps and adoption KPIs
• Own customer satisfaction and drive account growth for change engagements
• Create thought leadership and reusable assets for AI adoption

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or advisory roles supporting enterprise transformation programs
• 7+ years leading organizational change management for technology transformations
• Hands-on experience driving adoption of AI, LLM, or advanced analytics solutions
• Proven track record influencing sales and closing large consulting deals
• Familiarity with change management frameworks tailored to AI and data contexts
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills
• Fluency in agentic AI architectures and modern data stacks

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
