About the Team
This role is part of the Inbound Flow Organization, which includes three key pillars: Inbound Supplier Optimization, Distribution Center (DC) Inbound Operations, and DC Flow Optimization. The Director will lead the DC Flow Optimization team, focusing on determining optimal ordering channels, network optimization, managing economic order quantities, and ensuring efficient supply chain network flow while considering facility space. The team collaborates closely across functions to enhance operational efficiency and drive data-informed decisions. This leadership position requires expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, project management, and business strategies to support continuous improvement and strategic execution.
What You'll Do

Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 5 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 7 years' experience in data analytics or related field. 4 years' supervisory experience OR experience leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred: Cluster analysis techniques, simulation, inferential statistics, neural networks, or data mining techniques. Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics.
Pay
Annual salary range: $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.
