About the role

This position is responsible for leading, enhancing, directing, organizing, monitoring, and controlling all operational services in the Nursing Service Units to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality patient care. Additionally, this role is accountable for assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and coordinating strategies and tactics of the Business Service Units to achieve optimal financial performance, cost efficiency, business growth, quality performance, clinical superiority, and market leadership. The employee will be responsible for the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety, and related criteria for the adult and geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Lead, enhance, direct, organize, monitor, and control all operational services in the Nursing Service Units.
• Ensure cost-efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Assess, plan, develop, implement, and coordinate strategies for Business Service Units to achieve financial performance, cost efficiency, business growth, quality performance, clinical superiority, and market leadership.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Five (5) plus years of clinical experience in medical and critical care nursing.
• Five (5) plus years of progressive critical care/medical management experience.
