Director 2, Financial Planning/Analysis
Job Description
The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasury is a strategic finance leader responsible for enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, liquidity management, and capital strategy. This role partners closely with executive and functional leadership to drive financial performance and optimize cash flow in a government accounting environment.
Skills/Abilities
- Highly motivated and able to demonstrate maturity and composure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong financial skills and a thorough understanding of analytics coupled with sound business judgment
- Extensive knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and planning experience (including financial modeling experience)
- Outstanding oral, written and presentation skills
- Able to quickly develop an understanding of the organization’s operational characteristics, business drivers and culture
- Able to establish and build relationships across the organization
- Proficiency with Excel required; PeopleSoft ERP and Adaptive Planning module is a plus
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential as its ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong mentoring skills for training and developing staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance required
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years experience in financial management required with a strong background in finance, planning, treasury operations and financial systems, preferably highly concentrated in the government contractor environment

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000.00 - $340,000.00 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and does not include bonuses or benefits.
