Responsibilities
Developing and harmonizing HR policies and procedures to manage and enhance department effectiveness
Advising management on disciplinary and performance issues, providing guidance on potential resolutions
Directing training and development initiatives, offering support and coaching to foster employee growth
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, overseeing responses to government and legal inquiries
Leading talent acquisition efforts to maintain optimal staffing levels, managing the recruitment and interviewing processes
Crafting HR strategies for workforce planning, performance incentives, and succession planning in alignment with business goals
Collaborating with executive leadership to integrate HR strategies and support organizational objectives
Supervising HR team members, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management within the HR job family
Managing the HR Information System to ensure data accuracy and integrity for informed decision-making
