About the role

Responsibilities

• Print, cut, and conduct quality checks on digitally printed products
• Operate light printing machines and computers
• Cross-train in each area of the department (learn to run printers, cutters, and shipping procedures)
• Communicate needs, suggestions, or concerns to Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
• Assist in other areas when the business requires
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work overtime as necessary (possible same-day or weekend shifts)

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, walk, and be on your feet for the entire shift
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
• Quality-oriented mindset
