Direct Support Staff

About the role

Methemian Home for Children (MHC) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Staff at our Multipurpose Home in Lumberton, NC. This residential facility aims to change lives and guide teens towards a brighter future.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive role model for youth in crisis
• Provide daily support and structure in a group home setting
• Help teens develop life skills, change behavior, and build brighter futures
• Work as part of a live-in care team in a high-impact environment

Requirements

• 21 or older with a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with youth or in a structured care setting
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
