Responsibilities
- Provide respectful, person-centered support in daily living tasks
- Ambulate, bathe, groom, and assist with toileting
- Engage individuals in social, recreational, and community activities
- Prepare meals, perform cleaning, laundry, and household tasks
- Transport individuals safely to appointments or social outings
- Encourage personal growth and goal achievement
- Accurately document activities, incidents, and client progress
- Communicate professionally with team members, families, and clients
- Participate in required paid training and team meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (fewer than 6 points)
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass BCI/FBI background checks and required screenings
