About the role

Wildwood Programs is a provider of educational, residential, employment, and other community-based supports to people with disabilities and their families. We hire those dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Help the people who live there by assisting them in activities, like: Cooking, Doing laundry, Running errands, Teaching people with disabilities how to do things on their own
• May Include: Taking individuals to appointments and activities, Writing notes as needed, Helping individuals with tasks like cooking, cleaning, showering, toileting, shopping, and managing money, Other duties as need

Requirements

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Successful Candidates Will be positive and encouraging with those they support.
• Be professional, have patience and a positive attitude, have a strong desire to help others, enjoy teamwork

Qualifications

• A valid NYS license and clean driving record required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Pay

Pay Range: $18.75-$24.30/hr AND an Elite Benefit Package (Range based on verifiable direct care experience and reflects 20 yrs)

Schedule

• Thursday 4pm-9pm
• Friday 9am-9am
• Saturday Friday 4pm-9am
• Saturday 9pm-2pm
• Sunday Saturday 9am-9am
• Sunday 9pm-9am
• Monday
