Direct Support Professional-Residential (3210)

Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace. Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in the areas of hygiene, eating, toileting, and community involvement.
• Work with individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviors in a group home setting.
• Monitor health needs and provide transportation for individuals.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and prepare meals.
• Complete documentation in accordance with all applicable standards.

Schedule includes working holidays, weekends, and during inclement weather.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

Annual salary range: $33,596 – $57,965.

• Shift differential: $2.00 for 2nd shift, $3.00 for 3rd shift.
• 3% increase for Certified Nursing Assistant.

Schedule

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift rotation every other weekend.
