Direct Support Professional - Overnight - Full Time

About the role

The Overnight Direct Support Professional will provide direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and promoting independence and socialization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming tasks
• Monitor and assist with medication administration
• Support individuals in engaging in community activities and social interactions
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document observations and progress in individualized care plans

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
