Responsibilities
- Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client)
- Help clients get into the community and stay engaged
- Follow care plans and goals
- Communicate with families and your team
- Complete notes and documentation
- Ensure safety and well-being at all times

Client 1: (NE Portland) Female | 24yrs | 97220
- Schedule: Two days a week, four hours at a time (exact days not yet determined)
- Likes/About: Admired for her intelligence, sweetness, and kindness; tenacious and hard working; enjoys communicating with others
- Needs: Support during social and physical activities, ensuring she remains engaged and continues her journey towards independence; work on ADLs & IADLs; help her get into the community more

- Schedule: Saturday only, 3.5 hours (10am/11am start)
- Likes: Dance, crafts, and has a curious nature
- Needs: Physically active support; someone to enjoy crafts with; sensitivity to client’s needs and wants; ability to build good rapport

Client 3: (NW Portland) Female | 17 | 97229
- Schedule: Mon 1:30pm-5:30pm, Wed 1:00-5:30pm, Thur 4:00-6:30pm, Fri 2:00-5:00pm
- Likes: Friendships, community outings, family, equine riding, therapy
- Needs: Patience and time to talk with the client; someone closer in age for common interests; help with verbal cues, ADLs & IADLs, and socialization with peers
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Smartphone required
- Must pass all state-required background checks and meet ODDS employment eligibility requirements
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Pay: $24.00/hour
