Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care and support for daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks.
- Support individuals in making independent decisions and participating in valued community roles.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Implement clinical, educational, and vocational programs as directed.
- Observe and record data for individual and behavior support plans.
- Create a therapeutic environment through participation in community events.
- Administer medications or support individuals in self-medication (with MAP certification).
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- Experience with behavior management preferred but not required.
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Able to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting.
