DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (NIAGARA FALLS)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Niagara Falls, NY and surrounding areas. Our mission is to help individuals live their best lives through support, encouragement, and a commitment to independence.

Responsibilities

• Support people in daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation
• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and community events
• Follow care plans that respect each person's choices, strengths, and needs
• Ensure safety, health, and dignity in every interaction

Requirements

• A passion for helping others and making a difference
• Reliability, patience, and compassion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy
• Must have a high school diploma or GED

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete a 6-month provisionary period
• Upon completion, hourly rate increases to $20/hr

Pay

$19.00 per hour upon successful completion of a 6-month provisionary period, with an hourly rate increasing to $20/hr after the provisionary period.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time shifts available (Day, Evening, and Overnight)
