Direct Support Professional (Med Transporter)

Responsibilities
- Work with individuals to complete daily activities and achieve long-term goals.
- Assist in implementing residential programs, including medical transport and scheduling.
- Administer medications safely and accurately, and monitor and document administration.
- Report concerns to the RN on duty and adhere to facility policies on medication consent and adverse reactions.
- Engage in medication error reduction practices and report actual/potential medication errors.
Requirements
- Medication administration certification.
- Flexible schedule including weekend hours.
- Minimum of two years of college in a human services field, preferred BA degree.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.

Pay
(Commensurate with education and experience)
- With HS Diploma/GED - $20.00 - $21.40 per hour.
- With BA/BS - $21.00 - $22.47 per hour.
- With MA/MS or higher - $22.00 - $23.54 per hour.
Schedule
Flexible schedule including weekend hours.
