Responsibilities may include: Supporting daily living skills, routines, and personal careHelping individuals access their communities and participate in meaningful activitiesAssisting with medical appointmentsEncouraging social connections and positive peer interactionsSupporting recreational activities and personal interestsPromoting health, safety, independence, and self-advocacy What We're Looking For Compassion, patience, reliability, and respect for adults with disabilitiesGood judgment and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and teamworkA willingness to learn and support each person's individual needs Requirements At least 21 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalentReliable transportation and a valid California driver's licenseAbility to pass a background checkWeekend availability as part of a rotating schedule Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or human services is a plus.
