Direct Support Professional (Jessie’s Ranch Program)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Working with adults with developmental disabilities to enhance their quality of life.
• Assist individuals to achieve their specific goals.
• Goals may include: Health and Fitness, Money Management, Emotional and Behavioral Supports, Social Relationships, and Transportation.
• Care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and individual-centered.
• Accurately completes daily service notes documenting services and progress toward achieving the individual’s plan goals using a smart device and online data entry.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Nevada State Driver’s License.
• Vehicle liability insurance is required and a clean driving record.

Pay

Hourly Wage: $16-18
