Direct Support Professional III

Overview

Pay: $25/hour-weekday shifts. $27/hour-weekend shifts and $2 differential for Registered Behavior Technician certification
Duties: Direct Support Professional III
Employer: Seven Hills Community Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support in a private home and the community
• Implement Individual Support Plans, behavior supports, and therapeutic routines
• Auxiliary life skills, household responsibilities, and community activities
• Cooking, cleaning, laundry, and other daily living tasks
• Care coordination including medical appointments and overall health support
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, clinicians, and team members
• Document services and maintain confidential records in accordance with agency standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in direct support, disability services, or related areas
• Driver's License (Required)
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required
