Direct Support Professional II - Awake Overnight

Overview

Seven Hills Community Services, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to work Awake Overnight shifts. The position offers a pay rate of $20.50/hr for awake hours, with an additional $1/hr differential for active MAP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day services to program participants, including personal care tasks like bathing, toileting, and teeth brushing.
• Aid in household maintenance, meal preparation, and shopping, fostering independence in daily life.
• Accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications according to residential guidelines.
• Support the implementation of Behavior Support Plans, physical therapy routines, and other care plans.
• Receive and complete a paid 5-day New Employee Orientation, including training in CPR/First Aid, Safety Care, Defensive Driving, and Medication Administration Program (MAP).

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or HiSET.
• One to three years of related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• CPR/First Aid and MAP certification required (training provided if needed).
