Overview

Seven Hills Family Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is seeking a passionate Community Respite Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals with diverse abilities, focusing on daily living activities, social and communication skills, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Aid in daily living activities to promote independence and self-esteem
• Foster social and communication skills to enhance personal development
• Support community participation and connection
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored care plans

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred

Skills and Knowledge

• Experience implementing positive behavior support strategies and intervention
• Knowledge of human development, learning, behavior analysis, positive behavior support, collaborative consultation, and abnormal psychology
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to various environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay

$20.00-$37.00/hour
