$22.00-$23.00/hour

Schedule

(NR) Per Diem - Minimum of 2 shifts per month

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care, supervision, and support to youth in a 24/7 residential setting.
  • Build trusting, professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries.
  • Foster a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment that promotes emotional regulation, social development, and positive behavior.
  • Support daily living activities, including meals, personal care, laundry, household chores, and recreational activities.
  • Monitor safety, identify potential risks, and respond appropriately to crisis situations using de-escalation techniques and approved physical interventions when necessary.
  • Accurately complete shift notes, medication documentation, incident reports, and other required records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and agency policies.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
  • Participate in required trainings and maintain a professional, dependable presence on every shift.
