Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Rover| Harbor Point Nunica East | Full Time Combo 2nd/3rd Shift (40 Hours)

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Rover provides person-centered support to individuals in residential, clinical, vocational, and day program settings. This role helps promote independence, health, safety, and community integration while supporting a variety of program locations based on organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs.
- Support health management, appointments, and implementation of care plans.
- Monitor safety and provide appropriate supervision and intervention.
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
- Support community involvement, social activities, and personal goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and a safe environment.
- Travel between and support multiple Hope Network locations as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
- Must be able to travel/float to various sites on an ongoing basis.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate program needs.
