Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Personal Health Care

What You’ll Do

• Support an independent self-advocate with cerebral palsy in her daily living activities and community engagement
• Provide personal hands-on care, including dressing, hygiene, mobility support, and medication administration
• Provide transportation using the individual's wheelchair-accessible van
• Complete online documentation after each shift

Position Details

• Part-time: up to 28 hours/week
• Shifts: varied schedule Monday-Friday
• Pay: $18.00/hour
• Setting: Private home in Wendell
• Extra hours available: Fill-in shifts for additional pay
