Responsible for providing direct support to students in a college setting. Facilitating academic success through individualized attention and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with course selection and scheduling
• Provide academic advising and support services
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance educational outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Experience working with college students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of college curriculum and policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
