Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Part Time 2nd Shift
Location: Willingboro, NJ | Department: Adult Residential | Hourly Rate: $19.06–$19.44/hr | Schedule: Part‑Time (Thu 3 pm–11:30 pm, Fri 3 pm–11 pm, Sat 11 am–11 pm)
About the role
Bancroft is a leading service provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, or those in need of neurological rehabilitation. We are looking for Direct Support Professionals who are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner, with a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
Responsibilities
- Empower adults to develop skills for daily life
- Encourage independence through personalized plans of care
- Plan events and outings to build the Bancroft community
- Belong to a supportive team that holds one another accountable
- Communicate with residents, families, and guardians
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and be open to learning new skills
- Ability and willingness to work weekends
- Current driver’s license in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
