About the role
Part-Time 1st Shift Direct Support Professionals to work in our residential programs located in Raleigh, NC. This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene
- Assisting clients with therapies
- Driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Reading and speaking Spanish is a plus
