About the role
Empower Independence. Enrich Lives. First Resources Corp. is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Hourly Services team.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and errands
- Support clients in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities
- Provide transportation to appointments and events
- Follow and document progress on Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and fill in as needed
