- Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, communities, and day programs
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
- Encourage independence, promote socialization, and foster friendships
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet unique needs and goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Document progress and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders
