Direct Support Professional (DSP)-CRS

About the role

Provide person-centered support to adults in a Community Residential Services home. Assist with daily living activities, medication administration, meal preparation, housekeeping, community activities, transportation, and completion of required documentation. Monitor health and safety, follow individual support plans, maintain professional boundaries, and communicate important information to supervisors and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a 245D program, group home, caregiving, assisted living, or similar positions is preferred but not required.
• Applicants must demonstrate reliability, a stable work history, professional communication, and a willingness to complete all required training.
