About the role

Pro Care by Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Ottawa County, MI to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Responsibilities

• Aid in daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Encourage independence and decision-making.
• Support community involvement and positive social interactions.
• Maintain safety and teach safety awareness.
• Create a supportive, positive environment.
• Follow care plans and document services.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with good time management.
• Willing to assist with personal care when needed.
