Responsibilities

• Building strong, positive relationships with the people you support
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth
• Assisting with daily living activities and community participation
• Helping individuals reach personal goals and celebrate successes
• Providing companionship, mentorship, and advocacy
• Creating meaningful experiences both at home and in the community

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED
