Direct Support Professional (DSP) - 2nd Shift Part Time
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ | Part-Time | Adult Residential
About the role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Adult Residential North program, you’ll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life. Bancroft’s community-based residences foster a stable environment where each individual can experience independence. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills.
Responsibilities
- Empower adults to develop skills for daily life
- Encourage their independence through personalized plans of care
- Plan events and outings to build the Bancroft community
- Belong to a supportive team that holds one another accountable
- Communicate with residents, families, and guardians
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work well in teams and openness to learning new skills
- Willingness and ability to work weekends
- Current driver's license in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities

Pay
Hourly rate: $19.06–$19.44/hr
Schedule
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:30 PM
- Monday: 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
