Direct Support Professional Day Shift (Adult Day Program)
About the role
Bancroft is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions in adult residential and day programs located in Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Mt. Laurel, and Medford.
Responsibilities
- Absolutely assist individuals with their daily living skills
- Participate actively in the life growth of each individual
- Promote independence through skill development and implementing individualized plans of care
- Advocate for community inclusion by planning activities and outings
- Support the Bancroft Mission, Vision and Core Values
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or neurological disabilities preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay
$19.06 - $19.44 per hour
