Direct Support Professional - Day Contract (3374)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides quality care, training, support, and supervision to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Maintains the safety and wellness of individuals.
• Provides a wide array of activities and experiences to enhance the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Provides recreation and socialization to individuals in various community settings.
• Provides transportation for community activities.
• Maintains individual records and documentation according to all applicable standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Requirements:
• M1: Highschool diploma or equivalent
• M2: Valid drivers license and safe driving record

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.

PAY

• HOURLY RATE RANGE: $15.62 - $27.33
• 3% Increase for Certified Nursing Assistant
