DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. (required)
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints (required)
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (required)
