Direct Support Professional - DART | Full Time 2nd Shift 40 hours

About the role

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you'll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development.

Responsibilities

• Aid in daily living activities (ADLs) and personal care
• Manage medications and assist with medication administration
• Support community outings, transportation, and recreational activities
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass background checks and fingerprinting
• Obtain CPR/First Aid certification
