Direct Support Professional- CLT
Founded in 1948 in Chicago, Envision Unlimited provides a full spectrum of care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, serving people from infancy to age 80+. Our innovative services span Chicagoland and Central Illinois and include community living, day programs, behavioral health, employment services, family respite, foster care, and supportive housing.
About the role
- Support daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, self-care)
- Help members get to appointments and day programs
- Assist with medications
- Coach through tough moments and celebrate big wins
- Be a friend, mentor, and role model
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (proof of education and transcripts must be uploaded with application)
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check

Pay
$19.66 per hour
