Responsibilities

• Help individuals celebrate holidays, birthdays, and other special events.
• Mentor and coach individuals to promote self-reliance.
• Support individuals in daily activities and personal growth.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and support services.
