About the role

This role involves providing support and guidance to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in employment and community settings. The goal is to help these individuals develop and maintain natural support systems, foster meaningful social roles, relationships, and independence, and promote dignity, respect, and empowerment in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Vermont driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
